Normundy: A Call To Arms
Gentle Nation, I write this with a heavy heart and snootful of scotch. For, as we all know, our Normund was given the ultimate insult last night by TPTB (The Powers That Be for you internets noobies) when they passed him over for a spot in tonight's WildCard competition. To add insult to injury, he didn't even get to have his sing-out!!!11 Instead, some guy with a lazy eye named Whore Hey (um.... who names their child that???) took Normund's place!! (As if they thought we wouldn't notice!!!)
Now is the time to let TPTB know of our displeasure by hitting them where it hurts! Ladies and gentlemen, my recommendation is thus: Watch American Idol on Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. but.... and this is the good part .... DON'T VOTE! Then, watch the show on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. and take pleasure in seeing Ryan break out in a cold sweat when it's time to announce the vote totals. Then - and this is vital to our movement's success - get on the interwebs and post about how wretched the show is on all the message boards. Producers are known to read blogs and message boards, so this will hurt their feelings, just as they've hurt Normund's and ours! Let's give those producers a taste of their own medicine!
Ladies and gentlemen, by deliberately omitting Normund from the WildCard round, they have awakened a sleeping giant! And we, Gentle Nation, will be the David that brings down the Goliath! Our motto shall be: Don't Vote For Anybody! Oh, it is on, American Idol. It. Is. On.
